Well, this is embarrasing, but I cannot access the User Control Panel, I don't see anywhere where I could find it (any buttons related to it), and this is annoying since I'm trying to check my private messages.

If someone could tell me a way to access the UCP, I would be very grateful.

You should see now a "My Profil Page" at the button of the forum.

You have two ways of editing your profile :
- can now click your name on the desktop
- or use a link at the bottom of the forum pages.

Private messages can be seen by following the link "Private Message" at the bottom of the forum page (this one if you are logged).
I just got your message, actually, email notification is not working properly.
