How to ingame login

The in-game login system is not obvious, here's how to proceed :

1. Register yourself here
2. Log you in here
3. Go to the OpenTTD page
4. Copy the login token (at the bottom of the page)
5. Paste it in the game chat

As a said before, it's not obvious, but it's the only way to prevent your forum password from being publicly exposed in the game chat.

u dont need to use public chat, u can send private message to the bot. worked for me when logged in.

This is actually a better idea because it prevents others from seeing your user ID. I don't know if the user ID changes every login, but it's safter to use this method.

Hi. I did what you said, but unfortunatelly to late, my company had died... I have started ones again but I could not logged in, why? Where is the players chat?

You can use either the normal chat via "Enter"
Or use the private chat to the GoalBot. Just get the ClientList and click the GoalBot to chat privately to it.

Copy+Paste the login token (with Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V) and hit "Enter" to send the message.
