Building destroying

Somebody destroyed biuldings in town in which I deliver goods...
And did it just a few monthes before finish...
So the reason was to leave my trains without profit for goods...
From the one hand the right for buiding destroying is needed... dometimes you need a place for big station...
But from the other hand with such situation - whith distroying of big houses...
may be it would be better to destroy building at all or at least big buildings....
It is a pity... bit I did not turn on special window to give some evidences... for my idea
but anyway...
